MAILING LIST CREATION -
OCS can compile and maintain your names and addresses for you or you can supply us with your specific data base. The listing is updated for new zip codes, carrier routes, and address changes, and verified against monthly updates from the National Postal Database via our state-of-the-art software. OCS also maintains various Special Operational Programs that will standardize address data and help eliminate duplicates from your list.
TARGETING / MARKET SEGMENTATION -
OCS can handle mailing your message to specific targeted geographic areas and to tailored market segments, such as particular age groups, new families to the area, certain income levels, etc., etc.
DESIGN OF ADVERTISING PIECE -
We custom design materials to meet your every need. Personalized formats per market segments are available. We spend significant effort and time designing and composing the campaign message.
We also analyze what items should be included in your customized packet. This will vary based on the type campaign being performed, i.e. a general blanket mailing or a targeted piece to particular market segments. A typical product could consist of the primary Letter or Ad Flier, possible Special Insert(s), may be Coupons and the Main Mailing Envelope. A contrasting type product to the Ad or Information piece packet could be a Self-Mailer or Post Card format.
MAIL PREPARATION TASKS -
We stuff if applicable, band and tray the material. OCS will handle all post office paperwork and deliver the mailing to the Post Office for you.

We handle the ever-changing postal regulations; we incorporate zip+4, carrier route presorts, bar coding and everything you need to guarantee you the lowest postal rates possible.
