1. MAILING LIST CREATION -
OCS compiles and maintains your names and addresses. The listing is updated for zip codes, carrier routes, and address changes, and verified against monthly updates from the National Postal Database via our state-of-the-art software.
2. SOLICITATION PACKET DEVELOPMENT -
We custom design materials to meet your every need; many formats have been statistically tested and have a proven record of success. Personalized formats per market segments are available.
The Solicitation Packet and its various components are an essential element of the campaign. We spend significant effort and time designing and composing the campaign message. We analyze what items should be included in the packet. This will vary based on campaign type and the mailing being performed, i.e. a first, a second follow-up or a targeted piece to particular market segments. A typical product would consist of the primary Letter or Flier, Solicitation Response Card, possible Special Insert(s), a Promotional Item, Main Mailing Envelope, and Return Envelope. In addition, special Thank You post cards or letters can be sent as recognition of donations received.

3. POSTAGE and POST OFFICE PREPARATION -
We handle the ever-changing postal regulations; we add zip+4, CRRT presorts, bar coding and everything you need to guarantee you the lowest postal rates possible.
To insure addresses are post office acceptable and properly sorted for delivery all of our postal related software is C.A.S.S. and P.A.V.E. Certified. What does that mean? C.A.S.S. is "Coding Accuracy Support System". The system sets minimum standards for corrections to addresses. At OCS we have a standard of excellence that requires that we maintain software that far exceeds the minimum. The quality of our product and the human initiative we perform on top of the computer-related tasks is significant! The "Presort Accuracy Validation Evaluation" function is known as P.A.V.E. Again, the Post Office has a minimum level that software must achieve for postal presorting. At OCS our personal effort and higher quality software insures that all classes of mail will be sorted for the best price groupings possible.
4. MAIL PREPARATION TASKS -
We stuff, band and tray material. The solicitation can be mailed from our location or shipped to yours, completely ready to mail, including all post office paperwork.
5. REPORTS, GRAPHS and STATISTICS -
You enter no data, we do it all. Detailed and summary reports with statistical analysis of your revenue & costs are done for you. Even graphic donor trends and market shifts are presented. Our depth of reporting is very pertinent to your on-going campaign development.
